I spent 3 days in the same clothes. Not a pleasant experience."

He didn't do anything about it. When on the plane, the passenger, was sitting behind me in economy class. Shitty service."

After we said yes, we had about a 15 minute wait while the attendant rearranged our information, and then we were whisked to the front of the security line, and immediately boarded. They hadn't even told us they'd upgraded us to business class! One of the best flight experiences I've had."

Again I went to the information desk at the airport but I was told your flight checking now is closed!,,, I was like WHAT?are you kidding? I told them it’s 2 hours before my flight take off, how it’s possible? Than she called someone and I was told yiou can checking at # counter. When I found the counter; I didn’t see any sigh by Croatia Airlines. Short story, I ended up to pay 40 euro for my 20 kg baggage’."

Derzeit versuche ich Air Serbia wegen dieser Causa zu erreichen, um mein Geld zurückzuerhalten. Bisher leider ohne Erfolg. Darüber hinaus hat der Flug sowohl bei der Hin- als auch der Rückreise Verspätung."

Negativ: "Ganz schlecht die Gepäckreservierung über das Portal. Wenn man normales Gepäckstück dazu buchen möchte, (nur noch das Handgepäck ist inklusive - und hier achtet Air Serbia darauf, dass dieses nicht über 8 Kg wiegt), wird man auf eine Serviceseite umgeleitet. Dort muß man neben dem Preis noch extra Gebühren für das Dazubuchen eines Gepäckstückes bezahlen, das ist schon heftig. Dann funktionierte weder auf Hin- noch auf Rückflug dieses Dazubuchen des Koffers auf Anhieb, wir hatten zum Glück den Ausdruck der Bestätigung dabei. In Prag dauerte das Boarding deswegen für uns 10 min, zum Glück waren wenigstens die Angestelltern nett und entschuldigten sich für die Unannehmlichkeiten, in Tirana mussten wir vom Boarding unverrichteter Dinge wieder weg, zum Air Serbia Schalter und die Buchung des Gepäcktückes bestätigen lassen, und uns dann erneut hinten an der Schlange anstellen.... Das ist Service schlechtester Güte und dringend verbesserungsbedürftig. Man sollte doch wenigstens direkt bei der Flugbuchung auch den Koffer bezahlen können. Sonst dann lieber doch paar Euro mehr und die Lufthansa.."

Positiv: "Free food + drink, smart uniforms, on-time departure and seat headrests with winglets to support your neck."

Negativ: "The fact that I tried for nearly a week to CANCEL the flight. Yet was given no help, after sending email after email, making sure that I covered whatever was possible on my side. And of course, no response. Ended up forced to simply not attend the flight. Thanks a lot for a GREAT customer support, AirSerbia... (being cynical here, just making sure I do what I can so you get this)"

Positiv: "Air Serbia is way better than old JAT Airways (or at least better than JAT Airways after 1992). They are improving and it seems that they will be a solid regional company, as well as a good Etihad partner."

Negativ: "I don`t know why they still didn`t decomission old ATR-72 turboprops. They might use them on some flights, but I believe that they should buy or lease some mid-range jets even for short-haul flights. Austrian Airways uses jets for BEG-VIE service."

Negativ: "The crew was horrible. They walked through the aisles with no regard for passengers seated in the aisles. No food over a 9 hr transatlantic flight. This was not explained in the ticket. This was absolutely absurd. I have never experienced that before"

Negativ: "Das Check-in am Flughafen Florenz war eine Katastrophe: 90 Minuten für 50 Passagiere. Und als am Ende die Zeit knapp wurde, ging es auf einmal huschhusch. Auch die Sicherheitskontrolle war absolut chaotisch, und da wir mit einem Tier reisen, war das kein Vergnügen. Nie wieder FLR!"

Positiv: "I’ve flown with various airlines and must say that I was very impressed with this crew. I guess it was because they all were young and didn’t füdisplay burnout as so many other flight attendants show when dealing with their customers."

Negativ: "On both flights the control forty didn’t work."

Food tastes bad, plus I was skipped from the second meal despite having prepaid for it (flight attendant overlooked that my seat was on a list, part of the problems that come with nickeling and diming for every single thing including even meals on an international flight). Despite flying to the US, attendants consistently only spoke German to me and my wife, did not speak on both German and English."
